Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases and subscriptions made through RT AI Distribution, powered by Record Tunes. By purchasing any service, you agree to the terms described below.

2. Single Release Plan – ₹199

The Single Release Plan costs ₹199 per release and is a one-time payment.

  • If RT AI Distribution rejects your release after its review, the full ₹199 release fee will be refunded.
  • If your release is approved and processed for distribution, the payment is non-refundable.
  • Refund eligibility applies when the release is rejected by RT AI Distribution after its review. Rejection by a third-party music platform or store does not automatically qualify for a refund.

3. Subscription Plans – No Refund

Payments made for monthly and yearly subscription plans are non-refundable.

  • Artist Unlimited: ₹499 per month – Non-refundable.
  • Multi-Artist: ₹799 per month – Non-refundable.
  • Unlimited Artist & Label: ₹1,299 per month – Non-refundable.
  • Unlimited Artist & Label: ₹2,999 per year – Non-refundable.

No refund will be provided for unused subscription time, partial usage, unused features or voluntary cancellation of a paid plan.

4. No Automatic Renewal

RT AI Distribution subscriptions do not automatically renew. Monthly and yearly plans are valid only for their purchased subscription period.

  • No automatic recurring payment will be charged.
  • No automatic subscription renewal will take place.
  • After the subscription expires, users must manually purchase a new plan to continue using subscription services.
  • Users are not required to cancel a recurring payment because automatic renewal is not enabled.

5. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If an amount is deducted but the payment is unsuccessful, or if the same transaction is charged more than once, please contact our support team with the transaction details.

After verification, eligible failed or duplicate payments will be handled through the payment gateway and applicable procedures.

6. How to Request a Refund

For an eligible Single Release rejection refund, or to report a failed or duplicate payment, contact our support team.

Please provide:

  • Your registered email address.
  • Payment transaction ID or reference number.
  • Release title, if applicable.
  • A brief explanation of your request.

Refund requests will be reviewed and processed after verification. Where a refund is approved, the time taken for the amount to reach your account may depend on the payment gateway and banking system.

7. Important Legal Notice

The refund restrictions in this policy do not limit any mandatory rights or remedies available to customers under applicable Indian laws. Where a refund, reversal or other remedy is legally required, applicable law will prevail.

8. Policy Changes

RT AI Distribution may update this policy when necessary. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised update date.
